Intercepting Incoming Debris
Planet Shield Space Defense puts you in control of a small spacecraft orbiting a planet. Your only job is to position the ship in the path of falling space rocks. Contact destroys a rock instantly, but any rock that reaches the surface drains a damage gauge. Once that gauge empties, the run ends. Rocks approach from every direction, so you cannot camp in one spot. The game rewards constant small adjustments over frantic sweeping. Because the rocks move randomly, no two sessions play the same way.
Simple Controls, Rising Pressure
Directional keys or on-screen buttons move the ship. There are no power-ups, no special abilities, and no upgrades to collect. Success depends entirely on timing, spatial awareness, and how smoothly you move. Early waves are forgiving, but the game steadily increases the frequency and unpredictability of incoming objects. That ramp keeps the challenge honest: you lose because you misjudged a trajectory, not because the game withheld tools. The damage gauge gives immediate feedback, so each mistake teaches you something about positioning.
Built for Quick Sessions
The HTML5 foundation means the game runs in a browser on desktop, tablet, or phone without plugins. A full-screen mode helps you focus when the screen gets busy. The visual style stays clean and readable, which matters when several rocks are closing in at once. There is no story, no character development, and no meta-progression. You play for survival time and personal records. That narrow scope is the point: it is a pick-up-and-play arcade game for players of all ages, including families looking for a non-violent action challenge.
