What You Actually Do
The screen shows a 9x9 grid with some cells already filled. Your job is to place digits 1 through 9 so that no number repeats in any row, any column, or any of the nine 3x3 subgrids. You select an empty cell, pick a number from the panel, and the game immediately tells you whether that entry is correct. A wrong number highlights the cell, so you can change it or use the eraser tool to clear it. A timer runs in the background, tracking how long you have been working. The puzzle ends when every empty cell is filled correctly and all placement rules are satisfied.
Difficulty and Fresh Grids
Before each round, you choose a difficulty level. Easier puzzles leave more numbers on the board, giving you a stronger starting point. Harder puzzles remove more digits, forcing longer chains of deduction. Every session generates a new grid, so you never replay the same layout. That design keeps the game useful for regular practice rather than memorizing solutions. The difficulty range is meant to accommodate both first-time players and those who have solved many similar puzzles.
Interface and Accessibility
The interface is intentionally simple: a grid, a number panel, and a timer. There is no registration, no download, and no cost to play. The layout adapts to different screen sizes, so the same puzzle works on a phone, tablet, or desktop. Because the controls are tap or click based, you can start playing without reading a manual. The game does not show ads during a round, which keeps the solving area clear.
How to Approach a Grid
Start with rows, columns, or boxes that already contain many numbers. Those give you the fewest missing digits, making it easier to eliminate possibilities. When a cell could hold several numbers, compare its row, column, and box to see which digits are already used. Guessing is possible, but the game marks errors immediately, so you can correct a wrong entry before it causes more confusion. Taking a short break when stuck often helps more than forcing a number into place.
